Tapestry of Changed Lives

 In Projects
Did you know we are creating a 35 foot-long interactive tapestry for Saddleback’s 35th Anniversary? On the big day at Angel’s Stadium this March 21st all 50,000 people attending will have the opportunity to tie in one of 50,000 strips of cloth to our  tapestry!
Colossians 2:2 (MSG)

I want you woven into a tapestry of love, in touch with everything there is to know of God.

Tapestry of Changed Lives Stadium
So far we have cut 25,305 strips of cloth, which is more than 1/2 of what we need to make this tapestry. And we have about 3 football fields of strips left to cut!

Saturday March 21st is the big day where we will gather to remember and celebrate what God has done through the first 35 years of Saddleback Church. Together we’ve formed authentic community, found personal growth, and forged bold faith. We will rejoice in the thousands of resorted relationships and transformed lives.

In the weeks ahead, come see what thousands of changed lives looks like when the tapestry is installed.

Each strip of cloth symbolizes a changed life and our church will be invited to tie their strip into the larger fabric, representing of the whole church body! Want to be involved in the making? here’s our signup sheet for volunteer times:
